Meet Michelle Maria Taylor

Michelle creates romance that walks the line between beauty and chaos. Stories full of longing, danger, resilience, and love powerful enough to shift worlds. Her books span fantasy, suspense, paranormal, and music-driven romance, but every tale is rooted in the same truth: love is a force worth fighting for.

She lives in upstate New York with her person and her cat. When she isn't writing, she is probably plotting twists she swears she didn't plan, drinking too much coffee, or negotiating with her characters like they're real people. (They usually win.)

My Story

I started writing at a young age, probably because I started reading at a young age. Creating worlds, whether in song or in performing arts or in stories, became my life right after I could talk, and I'm not exaggerating. I have photographs of me at the age of two performing made-up stories, and singing on stage with a mic taller than me. So when my body became disabled, and I couldn't write for a long time, it killed a piece of me. I am so happy I got some of that back and I can share it with you.
